Equipment and trucks located in Linwood, North Carolina - This will be an Online Only Auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium & Terms
A Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 10%) will be added if bidding online. There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.

Buyer is 100% responsible for load-out. *Load out of these Irondale items will be the week of August 12 so start planning now please*. Mon-Fri 8-4 Each Day – call location before arriving. BRING/SEND Your Blackmon Auction INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.

Type of Auction

Load Out will likely be the week after the auction. *THERE WILL BE ITEMS THAT REQUIRE A CRANE* These items will likely be scheduled loaded out a couple weeks after the auction in about a 3 day window specified before the auction! Auction Type
Online Bidding Only + Virtual Live Auction. Bidders will be able to prebid, max bid, actively bid & then transition into live bidding on auction closing day. Items begin closing, one at a time, on Friday, December 10 at 9AM CST – The auction will actually be live virtual so you will hear the auctioneer and the final closing will be determined by the pace of the live auction.
