Auction Note – After over 100 storied years in business and building so many of Arkansas’ historic buildings, the Matson family is retiring from the construction industry. Crane Truck, Skid Steers, Telehandler, Backhoes, Concrete Pump, Concrete Forms and much more!
Condition of Equipment – Nearly every item runs & works. Neither Blackmon Auctions nor Matson Construction offer any guarantees or warranties. Items are sold as-is, where-is. Blackmon Auctions will do their best to note any issues regarding items in their corresponding descriptions and photographs.

Type of Auction – This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid’s automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60 second extension will be added.
Terms – There is NO sales tax charged on this auction. all buyers will be charged a 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. An additional 4 % will be charged for the online bidding service resulting in a total Of 14 % buyer's premium. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Load Out/Equipment Removal – There may be a little assistance with Load Out/Equipment Removal – Stay tuned. Please start planning item removal now. Please send your driver with the proper trailer for the load. There is NOT a loading dock on site. Please have your items removed within about a week if possible. This auction is being conducted at Matson Construction yard, NOT a Blackmon Auctions yard. Upon payment, you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Any items left after 7 days will be subject to storage fees and more.
Shipping – Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items.
