Auction Note & Condition of Equipment - This auction will help settle the estate of Bennie Glenn Estell. Some of these trucks were running about 6 years ago. Some were started on occasion between now and then BUT most were not. They are all being sold in an As Is condition, non-runners, parts like ECMs and more may be missing and/or switched out. No keys in most of them. You the buyer are 100% responsible for removing them from the location within a week or two of the conclusion of the auction. There will be no loader and no assistance.
Type Auction - Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium: All Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available the day before the auction where Blackmon staff will be onsite. To inspect early contact Billy at 501-352-4703 to see if there is availability.
Equipment Removal – Start planning even before you start bidding! All items must be removed within about two weeks after the end of the auction. No loader. No Assistance Loading. NO loading dock. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable.
