Equipment Delivery / Accepting Your Items!
Begin sending items on Monday, December 2! Full crew on site ready to assist when you arrive – just show up! Customers looking for trucks, trailers, backhoes, skid steers, dozers, loaders, tractors, pickups, and more!!
Location/Address/Locations/Hours –
All items are located at 425 Blackmon Road, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086. Directions: East of Little Rock on Interstate 40 take Exit #169 – Remington Road. Go south on Remington Road one mile and the auction entrance will be on your right.
Yard hours are typically Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM each day. We will be open one Saturday – Saturday, December 7 from 8 Until Noon. (NOTE that after this auction this yard will be closed on all weekends. Access to pick up or deliver on Saturday morning may be available by appointment and for a fee. 501-352-4703)
Delivery Deadline –
In order to serve you best – Please have all items small delivered by 4PM on Friday, December 6. Please have all big items delivered by Noon on Tuesday, December 10.
Type Auction –
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are bidding in person onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyers Premium/Fees –
All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 3% on the remainder of each item.
An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 7% on the remainder of each item For Online Bidding.
There is a seller’s commission charged as well.
Inspection –
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available any time we are open. Of course the closer to auction time you arrive the more items you will be able to see.
Equipment Removal –
All items must be removed within two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 5PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable.
Shipping –
Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. We suggest customers contact a local shipping company that is used to/capable of handling industrial type items and have them quote this for you. Our team will assist if the shipping company is able to complete their task(s) in the load out time stated in our terms. Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting all purchases.
Storage Fees / Liability –
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or so after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees and your item may be sold in the next auction regardless of price and the net proceeds sent to you after fees are deducted.
Auction Days Schedule
Wednesday = Most All Autos, SUVs, Older Pickups, Vehicles that do not run, Truck Parts, Truck Tires, Support Items, Building Materials, New Sheds, New Ground Pounders, New Pumps, Construction Support Items, Shop Stuff, More! Likely all items will be available onsite and online! We will start at 8AM and auction likely one truck all day until finished! Deliver all small items by 4:00PM Friday, December 6.
Thursday = ALLLLLLLL BIG STUFF DAY. Truck & Trailer AND Big Equipment Day. Deliver all BIG items by Noon on Tuesday, December 10. Auction Start at 8AM on Pickups and Flatbeds, Switch to Small Trailers and then Big Trucks, Then Big Trailers. Guessing we will be finished with Trucks and Trailer around noon or a little after. Then on to Construction Related Big Items – Scissor Lifts, Forklifts, Excavators, Skid Steers, Dirt Equipment & More! All Items selling this day will be available for onsite and online bidding.
Condition of Equipment – Remember that this is an auction. Some responsibility lies with the bidder. So many items here run and work well – Rental Companies, Contractors etc. send us good items. Some of the vehicles and machines are trade ins etc. and we don’t know the history on them. We will gather as much info as we can and share but full inspections cannot be done in the time frame we have. When bidding don’t presume too much, watch and listen for announcements, and when you are the successful bidder find a way to love your new purchase, get insurance on it immediately and we hope you auction experience is a successful one!
You won’t see many items listed here until a couple weeks before the auction and then beginning December 2, the beginning of mass check in and delivery, you will watch items being added daily!
