Type of Auction
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin the week before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Terms & Payment
Applicable Sales Tax of 9.5% (NLR Sale Tax). Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases (10% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Provider Fee). At the conclusion of the auction invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration from blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. We will NOT automatically charge your credit card.
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Blackmon Auctions are not firearm experts and are not responsible for discrepancies/details Please use these descriptions as a general guide but know that there may be specifics that we have missed or judged incorrectly. Firearms May Be Inspected From 8-5 M-F @ The Following Location: Levy Pawn & Gun at 4401 Macarthur Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72118, one week before the auction
Firearm FFL Requirements/Transfers/Shipping
Licensed FFL Dealer, Paul Pinkston, will be managing these transfers. There will be a $30 Transfer Fee Per Firearm To Be Added to your Invoice to be Paid to Levy Pawn. Transfers out of state will require Shipping to a Valid FFL. All In-House Transfers Must Be 21 And Complete A 4473 Background Check Per Atf Rules. Levy Gun & Pawn Will Package And Ship Firearms/Ammo/Accessories Out In A Timely Manner. Buyer Is Responsible To Pay S & H. All shipping will be done through UPS, FEDX or USPS and the buyer is advised to purchase insurance on said item which will be added to shipping cost. Pickup
Must Be Picked Up Within 7 Days Of The Auction. Pickup Location: Levy Gun & Pawn at 4401 Macarthur Dr, North Little Rock, Ar 72118. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8-5 each day. **Make sure you bring your Blackmon Auctions Invoice with you as proof of purchase or no items will be released.
