Blackmon Auctions has been commissioned by Mr. Tad Keller to liquidate this very clean group of equipment. Tad has operated a successful farming operation in this area for many years and has decided to pursue other interests and spend more time with his family.

Inspection
Inspection of equipment Tuesday April 8th, from 9 AM until 4 PM.  Blackmon Auction Staff will be on hand to assist you with any questions. For more information about the equipment you may contact Tad Keller at (870) 918-4747. 

Terms
3 % Buyers Commission charged on each item purchased.  Additional 4 % fee for Online Bidding. Payment must be made on the day of the auction.  Cash, Check, Credit Cards and Wire Transfers will be accepted. A letter of reference from your lender is required if the buyer is unknown to Blackmon Auctions.

Loadout
All items must be removed by Friday, April 11th.  Blackmon checkout crew will have a forklift onsite to assist you with loading.  After that date, you will need to make arrangements to have your equipment loaded at your own expense. There is NO loading dock at this location. If you are brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice.
