Online & Onsite Bidding

Many of our auctions offer both onsite and online bidding. Please check the auction page to see what bidding options are available. Regardless of how you choose to bid, we want to make the process as simple as possible.

For online bidding, we use the industry-leading software ProxiBid. Proxibid is the most trusted online marketplace for highly valued items. Be sure to create your account before the auction begins!

For onsite bidding, you can register at the auction location. We still love a good live auction and so do our customers!

Blackmon Auctions is a different auction company – Because we have remained the same! The principals and values have stayed the same since the early 1900’s. We may sell untold millions of dollars worth of trucks and equipment each year, but the item you are interested in is the most important at that moment.

 OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

You can register on site and we will provide you with a permanent bidder’s number with Blackmon Auctions. Register ahead of time by creating an account with ProxiBid. Learn more here.

DIRECTLY TO YOU

Blackmon Auctions is different in another way – We don’t own any of the equipment in our auctions. You are buying directly from the contractor and we are the agent.

CASE BY CASE TERMS

Our auctions are subject to different terms so PLEASE read the Terms of Auction for each auction. Buyer’s commission, check out procedures, and more may change for each auction.

 PAYMENT DUE DAY OF SALE

We require payment on the day of the auction unless other/previous arrangements have been made.

NEW BUYER APPROVAL

In order for US to get to know you, new customers may be required to submit a Bank Letter of Credit in order to get approved to bid. Once we receive that letter you should be good to bid at all of our auctions, using the same bidder number every time.

SALES ARE AS IS

Remember that, as at all auctions, everything is selling “as is” and with all (if any) faults. It is always the buyer’s responsibility to determine the condition of each item before bidding and/or assume all risks of bidding on items if said buyer doesn’t inspect and make his/her own determination.
