Twin Oaks Forestry is selling (26) Late Model Log Trailers right off the road and Several Pieces of Equipment coming out of the woods working as it is replaced with updated equipment in order to continue operations! This will be an onsite live auction combined with full online bidding. 9AM Start Time and this auction won’t last long!!
Condition of Equipment – Although Blackmon nor Twin Oaks offer guarantees or warranties, almost every item in this auction functions as it should based on age and miles and hours. Trailers are in great shape – Watch and listen for updates during the auction.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Blackmon and Twin Oaks staff will be on site the day before the auction from 8:30AM – 4:30PM and back the morning of the auction around 7:30AM. Auction starts at 9 and will be over before 10:30! Type Auction - Type Auction – This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms – No sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – This applies to purchases made on site and online. An additional premium of 4% (Total 14%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – The buyer is responsible for arranging hauling and transport of their purchases. Please remove items in a timely manner. We would like all items removed within a week of the auction. Twin Oaks will give a reasonable time window – maybe a couple weeks if you buy something large or are coordinating shipping outside the U.S. – for removing purchases. Please make sure you send the right trailer for the item(s) you purchase! If you send the wrong trailer or personnel you may not be loaded when the truck arrives – safety first! We will try to have something to load the few smaller items.
