24252 AR-14, Mountain View, Arkansas 72560 – *This address maps fairly well with Google Maps and not so good with other apps. *GPS coordinates are (35.8428233, -91.9630910). 145 Cajun Creek Road, Mountain View, Arkansas gets you close also BUT keep going west on Highway 14 another 100 yards to the truck yard! About 10 miles east of Mountain View. About 25 miles west of Batesville.
Type Auction:
Type Auction – This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are bidding in person onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Buyers Premium:
All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection at this yard is available the day before the auction where Blackmon staff will be onsite. To inspect early contact Billy at 501-352-4703 to see if there is availability.
Equipment Removal:
Start planning even before you start bidding! All items must be removed within about two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite BUT ONLY until Dec 10! After that, no assistance will be available. Loader will be there auction day, and Friday Dec 6 and the weekend of December 7 & 8 and on Monday and Tuesday Dec 9 & 10. NO loading dock. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable.
Shipping:
Neither Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting all purchases.
