This day will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction. We hope to see you here at the Blackmon Auction Complex!
Friday, August 9 at 9AM – ONLINE ONLY PORTION
Linwood, North Carolina
Equipment and trucks located in Linwood, North Carolina - This will be an Online Only Auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Buyers Premium & Terms
A Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 10%) will be added if bidding online. There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Load Out \ Equipment Removal Irondale, Alabama Location
Buyer is 100% responsible for load-out. *Load out of these Irondale items will be the week of August 12 so start planning now please*. Mon-Fri 8-4 Each Day – call location before arriving. BRING/SEND Your Blackmon Auction INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
All items must be removed during this time period please. If an item remains after 30 days daily storage fees may apply to each item.

We will provide the information we can gather – but please know that NSRR and Blackmon sell items in the traditional auction form, AS IS Where Is/No Warranties or Guarantees regarding condition.
Ultimately the list of items will follow in all our marketing – along with load out fees, estimation of condition, pics etc!
