After 50 years of successful farming Mr. Steve Wileman has decided to retire and sell this well-maintained clean group of Farm Equipment. N0 SMALL ITEMS

Partial Equipment List
CIH 340, 305, 290, 275 and 8940 Tractors, CIH 8120 Combine, Trucks, Hopper Bottoms, (2)  - J& M 875 Grain Carts,  (2) - 12 Row Hippers and 20+ Cummins Power Units.

Inspection
Inspection of equipment Tuesday, February 11th from 9 AM until 4 PM.  Blackmon Auction Staff will be on hand to assist you with any questions.

Terms
4% Buyers Commission charged on each item purchased.  Additional 4 % fee for Online Bidding.    Payment must be made on the day of the auction.  Cash, Check, Credit Cards and Wire Transfers will be accepted. A letter of reference from your lender is required if the buyer is unknown to Blackmon Auctions.

Loadout
All items must be removed by Friday February 14th.  Blackmon checkout crew will have a forklift onsite to assist you with loading.  After that date, you will need to make arrangements to have your equipment loaded at your own expense. There is NO loading dock at this location. If you are brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice.
