Auction Note – Auction starts at 9AM and will be over by 10:30! Selling Equipment Right off rent! Rafter J sets itself apart in the industry by maintaining their equipment and keeping late model well running items always in their fleet. Most of these items came out of a specific account and now that the jobs are done these items are ready to move out! Great equipment. Service records available on almost all items.
Condition of Equipment – Although Blackmon nor Rafter J offer guarantees or warranties, every item in this auction functions as it should based on age and miles and hours – Almost every piece was bought new and well maintained and off of rental recently. Everything comes off jobs working and is ready for your job.
Inspection – Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Blackmon and Rafter J staff will be on site the day before the auction from 8:30AM – 4:30PM and back the morning of the auction around 7:30AM. Auction starts at 9 and will be over before 10:30! Type Auction - Type Auction – This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms – Applicable Texas state sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases – This applies to purchases made on site and online. An additional premium of 4% (Total 10%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Haulers – Rafter J works with a broker who is familiar with and capable of moving these items! Email billy@blackmonauctions.com for contact info and another option.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal – The buyer is responsible for arranging hauling and transport of their purchases. Please remove items in a timely manner. Rafter J will give a reasonable time window – maybe a couple weeks, maybe longer if you buy something large or are coordinating shipping outside the U.S. – for removing purchases. Please make sure you send the right trailer for the item(s) you purchase! If you send the wrong trailer or personnel you may not be loaded when the truck arrives – safety first! There is a telescopic forklift available for assistance in loading the “smaller” items.
