Auction Type:
Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.
Terms:
Applicable Texas sales tax will be charged at this auction. A Premium of 12% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases (8% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Administrative Fee = Total 12%). There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection typically is the day before the auction from 8-4:30. These locations are locked. Load Out \ Equipment Removal:
Load out will NOT begin until Monday, January 22. Load out will take place Monday, January 22 through Wednesday, January 24 from 8am to 4:30pm. After Wednesday, you will need to call and make an appointment to pick up. Fees will likely apply for late pick up.

Tyler/Winona Texas Location - Load Out \ Equipment Removal – You will be required to load yourselves – send the right personnel and trailer and equipment to make this happen. *THERE WILL BE A SKID STEER/FORKLIFT ON SITE at this location for loading some small items and pallets etc.. You can call and see if they will load you for a reasonable fee.* We recommend you DO NOT broker these loads. No loading docks on site. LOAD OUT WILL BEGIN ON MONDAY, JANUARY 22. This will allow proper time between the end of the auction and payment etc. for you to send payment, us process and send you the zero balance paid invoice that you *must have with you at all times will loading*. Please have your items removed within about a week if at all possible. IF you buy items that require dismantling (Greenhouse Canopies) we will allow for a bit more time – possibly a few weeks AS LONG AS YOU ARE MAKING PROGRESS. The plan is to have everything removed ASAP as the properties need to be cleared. This auction is being conducted at the Seville Farms Yards, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – *BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases – AND this will serve as proof of ownership should said be questioned*.

Shipping:
Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. We recommend AGAINST brokering anything in this auction.

Storage Fees / Liability:
If you leave your item on this site after the assigned removal date (typically a week or so after the auction) you may be subject to storage fees and your item may be sold in the next auction regardless of price and the net proceeds sent to you after fees are deducted.

Condition of Equipment:
These items are all being sold in the traditional auction tradition – AS IS WHERE IS and the buyer accepts them in the condition they are in. Neither Seville Farms nor Blackmon Auctions implies any warranty or guarantee of mechanical condition. We will tell you what we know. Do not presume anything more from that. These items were for the most part well maintained and operational until the company ceased operations several months ago.
