Auction Type:
This will be an online only auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. *You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments – THIS OPTION WILL BE OF GREAT HELP IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MULTIPLE LOTS since during this online auction many lots will end up closing simultaneously due to bid extensions. Place your max bids and the computer does it for you. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added. Buyers Premium & Terms:
No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchased live and onsite. Items bought online will be charged a 10% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Fee.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. The inspection will be the day before the auction from 9-4:00. To inspect early, by appointment only, contact John with Blackmon Auctions at 501-584-4410 or john@blackmonauctions.com for availability.
Invoices/Payment:
When you are finished buying on auction day please email accounting@blackmonauctions.com and request your invoice. Your invoice will be emailed back ASAP with payment instructions – Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Etc. If you do not email this request your invoice will be emailed to the email address you used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction (which will be later in the afternoon or evening) from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal:
Upon payment you will be emailed a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Make your tentative transport plans BEFORE the auction.. * A forklift will only be there only for a few days. Send auction invoices with your drivers! WE ARE WORKING ON POSSIBLY FINDING A RIGGER TO HIRE TO HELP WITH THE TASK OF MOVING AND RELOCATING THIS EQUIPMENT
Condition:
Before bidding please understand - that these are being sold in the traditional AS IS WHERE IS condition that has governed auctions since the beginning of auctions. Our descriptions are merely guides and can be considered mostly correct most of the time. HOWEVER, we are NOT experts in the commercial printing business and therefore we won’t be responsible for any discrepancies in descriptions. These items all came out of a running and working operation that has now been dormant and non-operational since mid-September 2023 when operations ceased. Power, Gas and water is on.
