Inspection
You may inspect items from 8 AM to 4 PM the day before the auction on Wednesday, March 3; or by contacting Billy Hartnedy at (501) 352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com to schedule an appointment.
Terms
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on all items sold. No sales tax will be charged at this auction. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank.
Loadout
Since the property is being sold and is under the direction of the courts, all purchases must be removed by Tuesday, March 9. It will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday and by appointment only on Sunday, March 7. Picking up after March 9 will be extremely difficult (if not impossible) so please make prior arrangements. There will be a loader onsite until Monday, March 8 to assist in loading items. There is no loading dock, so send the appropriate trailer. Any items that require additional services will be the responsibility of the buyer.
