There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the bidder’s final purchase price. Must have proof of availability of funds to register. Closes in 30 days. Earnest money in the amount of $25,000 is due day of the auction and must be in the form of a cashier’s check made out to Thomas Blackmon Realty. No contingencies. No exceptions will be made and announcements made day of the sale take precedence over printed material. Any offers prior to the auction must be made at least three (3) weeks in advance and will be subject to the same terms above regarding earnest money and no contingencies, etc.
