Terms:
Real estate will be sold without any contingencies. That means that, if you are the successful bidder, you are expected to close on the property no matter what. All inspections, financing, partnerships, should be finalized before you bid on the property. If you default on closing you will lose your earnest money.
Earnest Money:
A cashiers check for 10% of the final bid price will be due at the close of the auction.
Buyers Premium:
There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the final price at closing. If the final bid price is $100,000, the buyers premium will be $10,000.
