There Will Be 14% Buyer’s Premium On All Items Sold. Invoices Must Be Paid within 24hrs of receipt of invoice, Unless You Have Made Other Arrangements In Advance With Blackmon Auctions. We Accept Credit Cards, Wire Transfer Or Checks With A Letter Of Credit From Your Bank. If You Will Be Wiring Funds, Please Call For Pre-Approval.
Loadout:
Dec 1st – Dec 7h . 8-5 Daily. We will have a forklift available for loading. This property is being sold, so all items MUST BE REMOVED no later than 5pm Dec 7th. There will be a $10 per day fee added to each item left, beginning Dec 8th. **Note** Any items requiring “Rigging” or special assistance to load, will be the responsibility of the buyer and are not subject to the above dates. Blackmon will work with those buyers to allow appropriate time for removal.

There is no loading dock at this location!! Please bring an appropriate trailer for your items.
