UPRR is selling Yard Trucks and a Container Handler. These items are being sold As Is Where Is and in the condition they are in – We have provided descriptions and estimations of condition for your convenience but these aren’t to be considered guarantees of condition or functionality.
ONLINE ONLY
Lots will begin closing at Noon on Thursday, Oct. 13
Type of Auction:
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a MAXIMUM BID and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments up to your amount. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a ONE MINUTE extension will be added.

Terms/Buyer’s Premium:
Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Equipment Removal:
All items must be removed within a timely manner. UPRR will not assist with removal, starting, loading etc. There is NO loading dock at these locations - so send the right trailer and the right driver and be prepared please. Since these units are being taken out of their service many of the batteries will need boosting – Send proper equipment and personnel to do so. Even send a key for the machine you buy. Contact the named contact for each item you buy BEFORE you send your truck for pick up in order to be able to access the item on the secure yard. SEND YOUR PAID AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER OR THE item will NOT be released. Equipment Condition:
All items are selling in the traditional AS IS, WHERE IS condition, selling with all faults and to the highest bidder. Blackmon Auctions has consulted very briefly with the onsite personnel and have ESTIMATED condition in each description. BUT these are high hour, used machines – These estimations are in NO WAY a guarantee of functionality or serviceability. Most were in service until recently and are being sold only because they have been replaced BUT … Bid accordingly knowing there may be faults and accept the items like you will find them. Inspection:
