AUCTION NOTES
PRE-PREPARE YOUR TRANSPORT PLEASE. This warehouse must be cleared out by FEBRUARY 17, 2023!! Anything left after that will incur storage and shipping expenses that you are agreeing to pay by bidding. UPRR is selling Materials / Locomotive Parts and Components. These items are being sold As Is Where Is and in the condition they are in – We have provided descriptions and estimations of condition for your convenience but these aren’t to be considered guarantees of condition or quantity or functionality.
Type of Auction:
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a MAXIMUM BID and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments up to your amount. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a ONE MINUTE extension will be added.

Terms/Buyer’s Premium:
Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Equipment Removal:

SEND YOUR PAID AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER OR THE item will NOT be released. Inspection:
