The assets of Texas CLT (Cross Laminated Timbers) are being liquidated by order of US Bankruptcy Court of Western District of Texas Case N. 23-10705-cgb. Presses, Applicator, Raw Materials (Lumber), Finished Product (Mats or whatever other use you would like)
Type Auction -
This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course, Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction. Then on auction day bidding pace accelerates greatly as each item becomes “Live” one after another!

Terms –
No sales tax will be charged at this auction. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 14%) will be added if bidding online. There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection –
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Load Out \ Equipment Removal –
Blackmon Auctions will have staff on site to assist in loading with a telescopic forklift. WATCH for notes under items that Blackmon will NOT assist in loading (Presses, Applicator, Transfer System, Vac, Other Machines) and you will be required to hire someone to do so or do it yourself. *Load out of all items will be the week of the auction so start planning now please*. If you purchase items requiring rigging and need for other items to get out of the way first then access to the building can be arranged. Mon-Fri 8-4:30 Each Day. BRING/SEND Your Blackmon Auction INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
