Auction Type:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are bidding in person onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
EQUIPMENT DELIVERY / ACCEPTING YOUR ITEMS!
Begin sending items on Monday, April 10! Full crew on site ready to assist! The market is good and customers looking for trucks, trailers, backhoes, skid steers, dozers, loaders, tractors, pickups, and more!!! IF YOU have a big item(s) that you need to deliver early please call Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 and we will make something work!
Delivery Deadline
In order to serve you best – Please have all small items that will sell on Tuesday, April 18 delivered by Noon on Saturday, April 15. No small items accepted after that. Please have all trucks, trailers and equipment that will sell on Wednesday and Thursday of that week delivered by 4:30PM Monday, April 17.

Most items are located at 425 Blackmon Road, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086. Directions: East of Little Rock on Interstate 40 take Exit #169 – Remington Road. Go south on Remington Road one mile and the auction entrance will be on your right. Yard hours are typically Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM each day. We will be open one Saturday – Saturday, April 15 from 8 Until Noon.

Terms:
All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 2% on the remainder of each item. An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 6% on the remainder of each item For Online Bidding. (Example: Bid $10,000 on an item and the online buyers premium will be $760 thus total price will be $10,760 plus any applicable taxes)
Equipment Removal:
All items must be removed within two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 5PM. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable.
