AUCTION NOTES
Auction Proceeds for a Worthy Cause - This springtime event brings together buyers and sellers of used railroad construction and maintenance equipment. All contractors, suppliers, and railroads are invited to sell, consign, or donate their equipment. One hundred percent of proceeds from donated equipment supports the NRC’s safety training programs, including the ongoing safety training video series and FRA Part 243 templates.
19th Annual Equipment Auction
Date: April 27, 2023 9AM
Location: 503 Avenue H, Rosenburg, Texas 77471
Terms: A buyer's Premium of 10 percent is charged on all items.
Live Auction: This auction will be held on location and MOW’s facility in Rosenberg, Texas. This auction will consist of all items that are onsite at MOW including small items. This auction will have online bidding available that will begin approximately four days before the live auction and closing out as each item closes onsite via live auctioneer.
Online Only Auction: This auction will be for any items that are being sold at the NRC auction that will not be delivered to the MOW facility at Rosenberg, Texas. This includes big items and small items. This auction will start approximately the same time as the live auction bidding opens and will close starting at 9:00a.m. CST on Monday May 1st. Items will close in consecutive order with bidding extended 1 minute if a bid is placed at the last second. We will have a computer set up at Happy Hour for buyers to look at the online items along with our crew onsite assisting buyers with setting up their phones to bid and view.

Of course all items will be added to the web site after that date.
Deadline to deliver to auction site / Include item in the auction (and thus the final auction catalog) – Thursday, April 20.
Registration - Please register now. Your registration will let us know if you intend to particulate virtually or in person, if you will attend the Happy Hour on April 26 in Sugar Land, Texas, and if you intend to consign or donate equipment.

Happy Hour - April 26, 2023. Join us at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land from 5 to 7 pm. More details about the Happy Hour will be announced by early March.
Live Auction with Online Bidding - April 27, 2023. The Auction will get started at 9 am CDT.
