AUCTION NOTES
Auction Type:
This will be an online only auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added.
Date/Time:
Thursday, October 27 – Bidding closes at 10 AM CST | Bidding Begins several days before the auction. Pre Bid & Max Bidding Available!

Buyers Premium:
Buyers Will Be Charged A 14% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability.
Equipment Removal
All items must be removed within a timely manner – preferably within two weeks of the auction. As long as there is diligent effort and progress being made there will be reasonable time extension. The buyer of each item will be 100% responsible for disconnecting, disassembling, loading, etc. Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will assist. Proper Insurance must be presented before such work can begin. Have your paid auction invoice with you while performing this in case you are asked for proof of ownership. Also, please work within the guidelines of the property tenants and the owners of the property at all times – In that spirit please contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions regarding emailing insurance docs, scheduling time to be on site etc. billy@blackmonauctions.com and 501-352-4703 for talk and text.
