This auction will help settle the Tom Salmon Estate and assist in the liquidation of the Salmon Family Farms properties. Mr. Tom Salmon was an avid cattleman, antique car collector, and loved this area of the country. So much so that he “collected” a wide variety of properties as well. This will be a live auction on site at the Wyndham Hotel. We have reserved two huge “ballrooms” with thousands of square feet. One room designated for refreshments – beginning at 2PM we will be serving food and beverages – and registration. The other room will have chairs (with proper spacing) for your comfort and this room is designated for bidding/where the auction will take place. If you are interested in a particular property we are selling or is coming up in the order soon, come on in that room. If your property is not selling for a while, relax in the food and drink room! We will have the auction video visible in both rooms of course and you can actually bid from the food and drink room as well.

  • A 3% buyer’s premium will be added to bidder’s final bid price to arrive at the ultimate final purchase price.

  • Closing in 30 days.

  • Earnest money in the amount of 5% is due day of the auction.

  • No contingencies. All due diligence must be done before bidding. All sales of properties is final.

  • No Exceptions will be made. Announcements made day of the sale take precedence over printed material.
