AUCTION NOTES
This auction will help settle the estate of the owner of S & J Construction. This equipment was being used on jobs until they shut down earlier this year. The auction will be held ONLINE.
Auction Type
Online ONLY Auction. You can prebid, max bid, actively bid beginning a few days before the auction closing & then transition into live bidding on auction closing day. Items begin closing, one at a time, on Friday, Nov 19 at 8:30AM CST – Each item will have a “soft close” which means if someone bids in the last moments approx. 1 minute extension is added. Terms of Equipment/Assets
NO sales taxes will be charged at this auction. A Buyers Premium of 12% will be added to the bid price of all purchases. Invoices will be emailed at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Wire Transfer & Credit Cards & Cash & Checks. Pay the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. On-site inspection will be Thursday, November 18 from 8AM-5PM. If you want to inspect early call Billy at 501-352-4703 and we will see if there is availability.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal
There will be assistance loading the afternoon of the auction, ALL WEEKEND and until Tuesday, November 24. This property is NOT owned by the auction company and equipment must be removed quickly. Please take this into consideration before bidding.
