AUCTION NOTES

Inspection
You may inspect items from 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday, Nov. 15 and Tuesday, Nov. 16.
Online Bidding
Online bidding will be available through Proxibid! Be sure to register early here. Terms
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on the first $2,000 of each item sold and a 3% premium on the remaining balance (additional fee for online bidding). Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept credit cards, cash, or check with a letter of credit from your bank. If you will be wiring funds, please call for pre-approval. After the auction on Wednesday, Nov. 11, no payments will be accepted onsite. All payments must come through our office in Little Rock, AR.
Loadout
All items must be removed by Friday, Dec. 3. After that, pickup will be by appointment only and there will be a $250 loadout fee charged. The yard will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Saturday and 12 PM to 5 PM on Sunday. There will be a 10k lb forklift and a multi-level loading dock onsite to assist in loading most items. Any items that will require additional services will be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange removal. All drivers must have their paid settlement sheet for pickup.
