Mr. McSwain enjoyed success in logging for years. This will help settle his estate. Come for a good variety of items. Crew is making sure everything starts and runs and is ready for auction day. This auction won’t last long – be on time!

Auction Type:
This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms:
Applicable Texas sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 7% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 11%) will be added if bidding online. There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Load Out/Equipment Removal:
There will be a forklift to assist loading for a couple days. No loading dock on site. Please have your items removed within a few days if at all possible. This auction is being conducted at the McSwain Yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
Shipping:
This is the responsibility of the buyer. Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items.
