Johnnie Johnson passed away in 2019 after so many years of success in Northwest Arkansas and this auction will liquidate J Johnson Construction Co Inc.
Auction Type
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Rogers, Arkansas or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms of Equipment/Assets
NO SALES TAX will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A slight additional premium will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30 and then opening up the morning of the auction at 7AM. Load Out Equipment Removal
The holidays are upon us. Please start making plans for equipment removal in anticipation of being the high bidder! All items must be removed by Tuesday, December 21 please. There will be assistance loading only from Dec 16 to Dec 21 – Hours will be 8-5 on Auction Day, Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Sunday might be by appointment (Call Billy with Blackmon Auctions if interested in Sunday load out 501-352-4703). This auction is happening on the Johnson Construction yard and NOT a Blackmon Auction yard.
