Auction Type
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in North Little Rock or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms of Equipment/Assets
Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A slight additional premium will be added if bidding online. No sales taxes will be charged at this auction. If you bid online invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you are exempt please make sure that we have your exemption form BEFORE the auction if possible. Email to doug@blackmonauctions.com
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30 and then opening up the morning of the auction at 7AM. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com
Load Out \ Equipment Removal
All items must be removed by Tuesday, December 21 please. There will be assistance loading only from Dec 14 to Dec 17. This auction is happening on the Apple Tree Services yard and NOT a Blackmon Auction yard.
