AUCTION NOTES
Tim Prasifka has been in the family wrecker business since childhood and has decided to retire. Mostly one owner trucks and equipment, always in Texas, and all well maintained. Every Wrecker and Rollback was ordered and factory built for its purpose. This one will be worth the effort & trip! THESE TRUCKS ARE BEING SOLD AS JOB READY – Wreckers loaded with thousands of dollars’ worth of necessary accessories, well maintained, current certifications if necessary.
Auction will be Thursday, August 18 starting at 8am.
Type of Auction:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Hutchins with us or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Address/Location:
2012 S IH-45, Hutchins, Texas 75141 – On the southeast side of Dallas, 2.5 Miles south of Interstate 20 in Interstate 45
Terms of Equipment/Assets:
Applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction – NO Taxes will be charged on titled vehicles since you pay that when you go register them in your state. Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 10%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30 and then opening the morning of the auction at 7AM. Load Out/Equipment Removal:
Please remove all purchases the within a couple days of the auction if possible. * The loader/forklift will only be there only for a couple days. This auction is being conducted on the Prasifka Wrecker yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Send auction invoices with your drivers!
