Darrell & Don Brown are retiring from the biz. After decades of running this successful family business they are moving on and selling everything involved in the Field Service business. They were hands on owners and kept a good eye on all operations. This equipment is finishing jobs now and will be brought in, cleaned up, and sold at this auction. This will be an On Site Live In Person Auction combined with Online Bidding as well! Make the trip or bid online – you’ll be glad you did!

Type of Auction
This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.

Terms
Applicable Oklahoma sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 6.5% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 10.5%) will be added if bidding online. There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Load Out/Equipment Removal
There will be a forklift to assist loading for a couple/few days. I don’t believe there is a loading dock on site. Please have your items removed within about a week if at all possible. This auction is being conducted at the Falcon Yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
