Bidding Ends October 3 – Early Bidding & Maximum Bidding will be available beginning several days before the auction. Davis Trailer has ceased operations and assets involved in the operation will be sold in this auction,
Type of Auction
Public Online Auction. This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60+ second extension will be added.

All items located at the Colonel Glenn facility
Terms
Buyers Will Be Charged A 12% buyer's premium on all purchases (8% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Fee). Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Condition of Equipment
EVERYTHING SELLS AS IS IN THE CONDITION IT IS IN. Estimations of condition are not to be considered a guarantee of functionality. No warranties. No guarantees. AS IS.
Load Out/Equipment Removal
*MANY ITEMS WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO REMOVE* See specifics in the description of each item. Buyers will be responsible for equipment removal. There will be a forklift there to help load many of the items but only through Friday, October 6* - So start making plans for pick up now! NO ITEM WILL BE ABLE TO BE REMOVED UNLESS THE DRIVER HAS THE BLACKMON AUCTIONS INVOICE/BILL OF SALE WHEN ARRIVING AT THE SITE OF PICK UP.
