Inspection day is July 12th from 8:00am – 4:00pm.

Terms:

Farm Equipment – There will be 6% buyer’s premium on all items. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon. We accept cash or a check with a letter of credit from your bank. We Do Take Credit Cards & Have Financing!! If you will be wiring funds, please call for pre-approval.
Farmland – Must have proof of availability of funds to register. 10% Buyers Premium. Closing in 30 days. 10% Ernest Money, in the form of a cashiers check, due the day of sale. Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over printed material.

Removal Of Items:

We will have a forklift onsite to assist in loading your items. Any items we are not able to load will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
All equipment must be removed within 5 days of the auction unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions. After 5 days, our crew will be gone and there will not be a lift there to assist in loading. **Blackmon Auctions is not responsible for lost or stolen items after the 5-day period.
**Please Note – There Is NO Loading Dock At This Yard!!!! Please bring the appropriate trailer to transport your items. **If you Will be brokering your load, please make sure the driver has a copy of your paid invoice!! No items will be allowed to leave the yard without a paid receipt.
