Terms:
There will be an 8% buyer’s premium on all items sold. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept wire transfers, credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank.
Loadout:
All items must be removed within seven (7) days of the auction unless you have made prior arrangements with Blackmon Auctions. After (14) days there will be a $10 per day, per Item, storage fee implemented.
You or your transport company must have a paid receipt to pick up your item! We will not allow an item to leave the yard without showing a paid receipt.
There is NOT a loading ramp at this site! Please send the appropriate trailer for your items. We will have a lift available to assist in loading.
***ONLINE & ONSITE BIDDERS*** After 7 days, the gate will be locked and there will NOT be a forklift or crew onsite to assist you with loading your items. This will make pickup extremely difficult and inconvenient for all involved. Blackmon Auctions is not responsible for lost or stolen items left after the loadout time period.
