Last Contractors Auction of the year! Planning on having Recycling Equipment, Good Trucks, Construction Equipment, Containers, Support Items and MORE!
ACCEPTING YOUR ITEMS! EQUIPMENT DELIVERY - Begin sending items on Monday, December 5! Full crew on site ready to assist! The market is good and customers looking for trucks, trailers, backhoes, skid steers, dozers, loaders, tractors, pickups, and more!!! (If you have a group of equipment or big items that need to be transported/delivered early contact Billy at 501-352-4703) Deliver all SMALL ITEMS by NOON, SATURDAY DECEMBER 10. Deliver all BIG ITEMS by 4pm on MONDAY, DECEMBER 12.
Address/Locations/Hours:
All items are located at 425 Blackmon Road, Lonoke, Arkansas 72086. Directions: East of Little Rock on Interstate 40 take Exit #169 – Remington Road. Go south on Remington Road one mile and the auction entrance will be on your right. Yard hours are typically Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM each day. We will be open Saturday Morning, December 10 from 8AM until noon. Deliver all SMALL ITEMS by NOON, SATURDAY DECEMBER 10. Deliver all BIG ITEMS by 4pm on MONDAY, DECEMBER 12.
Buyers Premium:
All Buyers, Both Onsite And Online, Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 2% on the remainder of each item. An additional 4 % Will Be Charged For The Online Bidding Service Resulting In a Total Of 14 % Buyer's Premium on the first $2,000 of each item and 6% on the remainder of each item For Online Bidding. (Example: Bid $10,000 on an item and the online buyers premium will be $760 thus total price will be $10,760 plus any applicable taxes)
Equipment Removal
All items must be removed within two weeks after the end of the auction. Loaders/forklifts available onsite. Three level loading dock. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8AM – 5PM. CLOSED WEEKENDS. Send your auction invoice with your driver – digital copies are acceptable.

“Small Stuff” Day is BACK!
Wednesday
Trucks & Trailer & Big Equipment Day. Start at 8AM likely 2 auctioneers selling support items, attachments and more. Then around 9ish switch to one auctioneer for the rest of the day selling trucks and trailers and yellow iron and rolling stock! BIG Day!
Remember that at the beginning of each day there will be fun/support/rental items – Gold Mountain Arch Buildings, Great Bear Iron Gates, Steelman Workbench/Toolbox Combos, Smaller Steel Container/Buildings, Mobile Bathrooms, Attachments, Truck Parts, and More! (NOTE – NOT ALL ITEMS PICTURED WILL BE SOLD EACH DAY – CHECK BACK A COUPLE DAYS BEFORE THE AUCTION!)
