ROCK HUMPHREY RAN A GREAT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR DECADES. ROCK AND SUE HUMPHREY BOTH SADLY PASSED AWAY IN EARLY SEPTEMBER. THIS AUCTION WILL LIQUIDATE ALL ASSETS INVOLVED IN THEIR FARM AND RANCH OPERATIONS. HUGE VARIETY OF TRUCKS, OILFIELD, RANCH, CONSTRUCTION, ANTIQUES AND MORE!
Special Note
FARM & RANCH AUCTION – Most of the items numbered with 1900 numbers and higher will be sold at the Rock Ranch the afternoon BEFORE the big construction auction – Likely around 3PM on Monday, January 31 – Watch this page for updates and confirmation – Trying to make convenient for all!
Auction Type
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Stigler or logged into Proxibid/BidWrangler, it will progress as a typical live auction, along with all the funniness of the auctioneers for your enjoyment. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms of Equipment/Assets
Buyers Premium of 5% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. A slight additional premium will be added if bidding online. Applicable sales taxes will be charged at this auction. If you bid online invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning. If you are exempt please make sure that we have your exemption form BEFORE the auction if possible. Email to doug@blackmonauctions.com
Inspection
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. On-site inspection will be the day before the auction from 8AM-5PM. If you want to inspect early call Billy at 501-352-4703 and we will see if there is availability.
Load Out Equipment Removal
All items must be removed by February 8 please. There will be assistance loading for a few days. There will be a few items (the pile of scrap, a couple non running machines) that will require the BUYER to load without assistance. These will be noted before and/or during the auction. Hours will be Mon-Fri from 8-5 each day and likely open on Saturday too.
