AUCTION NOTES
Union Pacific Railroad is selling surplus equipment located across the U.S.
Bidding will begin a few days before the auction and lots will start closing Monday, July 11 at 11am CST.
Type of Auction:
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well, like live bidding. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 60 second extension will be added.
Address/Location:
Item location is specific to each item and will be indicated in the description of each item.
Terms/Buyer’s Premium:
Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com with Invoice & Wire Transfer Instructions & Credit Card Payment Link. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction Monday, May 16 or the next morning.
Equipment Removal:
All items must be removed within a timely manner. Do NOT assume that UPRR will load your item. There may likely be no assistance at all nor a loading dock at any location - so send the right trailer and the right driver and be prepared please. Even send a key for the machine you buy. Contact the named contact for each item you buy BEFORE you send your truck for pick up. SEND YOUR PAID AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER OR THEY WILL NOT BE LOADED.
