AUCTION NOTES
Selling all items remaining on the Dickson, Oklahoma Yard.
Auction will be Thursday, July 28 at 8am.
Type of Auction:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Dickson with us or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre- Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Location/Directions:
2400 SH-199, Dickson, Oklahoma 73401. Approx 9 miles east of Ardmore, Oklahoma on Highway 199, on the north side of the highway. 2.45 miles east of Dickson junction of Highway 199 and Highway 177
Terms of Equipment/Assets:
Applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 14%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30 and then opening the morning of the auction at 7AM. Load Out/Equipment Removal:
Please remove all purchases the within a couple days of the auction if possible. * The loader/forklift will only be there only for a couple days. This auction is being conducted on the Robinson yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Send auction invoices with your drivers! NOTE THE ITEMS THAT YOU WILL BE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING listed in the descriptions.
