FIRST LOT WILL START CLOSING AT 10AM ON Monday, February 5. EACH LOT WILL CONTINUE TO CLOSE EVERY 2 MINS UNLESS BIDDING CONTINUES ON AN ITEM.
Auction Note
Union Pacific Railroad is selling surplus equipment located across the U.S. These items are being sold As Is Where Is and in the condition they are in – We have provided descriptions and estimations of condition for your convenience but these aren’t to be considered guarantees of condition or functionality.
Type of Auction
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added.
Locations
Item location is specific to each item and will be indicated in the description of each item.
Buyers Premium & Terms
Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don’t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.
Equipment Removal
Locomotives will receive (1) free move on the UP system to either a buyers destination or an interchange point (interchange fees/movement on other rail lines not provided by UPRR).

Equipment List – As always there will be Rail Related Items, Construction Related Items, Support Items and More. Early list growing already and we will add as we get closer to auction. Set a reminder!
