Kevin Brannon has been in this business since he was a kid. He and his dad ran this family business with precision and great service for over 50 years. This is one of the cleanest machine shops you’ll ever see. Most of the big machines were bought new, have the manuals with them and have been meticulously maintained. Type of Auction:
This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.Address/Location:

Terms/Buyer’s Premium:
No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 14%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Loadout/Equipment Removal:
SOME ITEMS you will be required to load yourself/hire rigging company. We will note those items prior to the auction and some announcements during the auction. This is so your purchases are loaded by qualified professionals. You can send your own crew in to load as well – we prefer copy of insurance first too. START PLANNING REMOVAL NOW. Blackmon and Tri-State will have staff and a forklift to assist loading for just a few days after the auction. Please try to have all items removed by Friday, April 7 BUT we know that there will be more time needed for the bigger items that require rigging. Preplan to have your trucks ready to roll! No loading dock. This auction is being conducted at the Tri-State shop, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
