Lots will begin closing Thursday, January 26 at 8am.
Type of Auction:
This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. *You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. Place your max bids and the computer does it for you. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added. Terms of Equipment Assets:
No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases (10% Buyers Premium + 4% Online Fee).
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability.
Invoices/Payment:
When you are finished buying on auction day please email accounting@blackmonauctions.com and request your invoice. Your invoice will be emailed back ASAP with payment instructions – Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Etc. If you do not email this request your invoice will be emailed to the email address you used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Equipment Removal:
Upon payment you will be emailed a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases. Please remove all purchases by Monday, January 31. Make your tentative transport plans BEFORE the auction. This auction is being conducted on the TNT facility, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Send auction invoices with your drivers!
