Jay Steed, a force in the communities in the Branson area and friend to so many, passed away last October. This construction division of the many Steed Companies is completing their final pending jobs and this auction will liquidate all equipment, trucks, trailers, materials, shop and support items! The Steed Legacy and Story continues as the family will continue in the development and real estate businesses!

Type of Auction:
This will be an onsite auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite in Kimberling City with us or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. We encourage online bidding but customers will be allowed onsite as well. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.

Terms of Equipment/Assets:
Applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 6% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 10%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30 and then opening the morning of the auction at 7AM. Load Out/Equipment Removal:
EVERYTHING MUST BE REMOVED BY SEPTEMBER 14 – This property has been sold and changes hands on September 15 SO YOUR items need to be removed before then! Blackmon and SteedCo will have staff and a forklift to assist loading for just a few days after the auction. Preplan to have your trucks ready to roll! No loading dock. This auction is being conducted at the Steed shop, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Send auction invoices with your drivers!
