On Interstate 40, 10 miles east of Little Rock, take Exit 169 onto Remington Road. Go north three miles and the property will be at the corner of Arkansas 15 and 294 in Furlow, AR (located behind Dollar General).
Real Estate Terms
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the bidder’s final purchase price. Must have proof of availability of funds to register. Closes in 30 days. Earnest money in the amount of 10% down added to each property purchased is due day of the auction and must be in the form of a cashier’s check made out to Thomas Blackmon Realty. No contingencies. No exceptions will be made and announcements made day of the sale take precedence over printed material.
Equipment Terms
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on all items sold. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank.
Loadout
Loadout will take place during the auction on Tuesday, July 27, from 8 AM to 5 PM on Wednesday, July 28 through Friday, July 30, and from 8 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, July 31.
