The condition of these structures is unknown as to their working order and or ability to be used. **Large potential scrap value** These Structures will be sold along with the real property on which they reside unless otherwise noted.

REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

“A” Tract 1:  Former Riceland Foods Facility

  • 7 tracts 4.81 acres per legal description

  • Located along and Access from N Alabama St, N Florida St, and Grace Street

  • 1 – 500,000-bushel tank

  • 3 – 100,000-bushel tanks

  • 9 – 16,000-bushel hopper bottom tanks

  • 3 – 8,000-bushel hopper bottom tanks

  • 2 – 8,000-bushel hopper bottom tanks that need repaired or replaced

  • 3 – 3,000-bushel overhead hopper bottom tanks for truck loadout

  • 2 – dryers that removes 5 points of moisture at 2,000 bushels per hour (both dryers need significant work before they could be operated)

  • 3 – dump pits 

  • 1 – scale with hydraulic trailer dump
