AUCTION NOTES
One Owner Auction – All items in this auction belong to the same company! The owners of Del/Sha Drilling have chosen one drill/crew to keep and everything else goes. Drills, Reclaimers, Vacs, Trucks, Lowboys, Trailers, Equipment, Support Items and More! This will be an On Site Live In Person Auction combined with Online Bidding as well! Make the trip or bid online – you’ll be glad you did! Note: Some of the drills will be sold subject to seller’s confirmation.

Auction Type:
This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms:
NO sales tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 8% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 12%) will be added if bidding online. There is no cap to that premium so take that into consideration when bidding. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Load out/Equipment Removal:
There will be a forklift to assist loading for a few days. Please have your items removed within about a week if at all possible. This auction is being conducted at theDel/Sha Yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
Shipping:
Blackmon Auctions nor the seller will package items for shipping or arrange shipment of items. We suggest customers contact a local shipping company that is used to/capable of handling industrial type items and have them quote this for you. Our team will assist if the shipping company is able to complete their task(s) in the load out time stated in our terms.
