AUCTION NOTES
In order to settle the estate of Larry Garnder, Blackmon Auctions has been commissioned to sell this nice group of farm equipment.

Terms:
There will be a 6% Buyers Commission charged on each item purchased. On site and Online bidding will be available. For Online Bidding, contact Doug Tyree at doug@blackmonauctions.com or 501-650-4188.
Payment must be made on the day of the auction. Cash, Check, Credit Cards, and Wire Transfers will be accepted. A letter of reference from your lender is required, if buyer is unknown to Blackmon Auctions.
Inspection:
You may inspect the equipment and register Monday, December 18th from 9 AM to 4 PM. The Blackmon Auction staff will be on hand to assist you with any questions.
Load Out/Equipment Removal
We will have an employee on site the 19th and 20th to assist you with the loading of your equipment from 8 AM to 5 PM each day. There will be no loading dock. Please bring the appropriate trailer to haul your equipment.
