This will be an onsite live in person auction combined with a virtual online auction! Whether you are onsite or logged into Proxibid, it will progress as a typical live auction. Of course Pre-Bidding, Early Bidding and Max Bidding will be available online – beginning a few days before the auction.
Terms:
No Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 8% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. An additional premium of 4% (Total 12%) will be added if bidding online. If you bid online, invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability
Loadout/Equipment Removal:
MOST ITEMS you will be required to load yourself/hire rigging company. This is so your purchases are loaded by qualified professionals. You can send your own crew in to load as well – we prefer copy of insurance first too. START PLANNING REMOVAL NOW. Blackmon and Larco will have staff to assist loading for just a couple days after the auction. Please try to have all items removed by Friday, May 19 BUT we know that there will be more time needed for the bigger items that require rigging. Preplan to have your trucks ready to roll! This auction is being conducted at the Larco shop, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Upon payment you will receive a paid/zero balance invoice – BRING/SEND THIS INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER TO SHOW TO PERSONNEL ON SITE or you will not be able to remove purchases.
