AUCTION NOTES
In the decades we knew Keith Pfeiffer, never did you see him without a helpful attitude and friendly smile. Keith passed away a few weeks ago and this auction will help settle that estate.
Wednesday, January 4
Lots will start closing at 9am.
Type Auction:
This will be an Online Only Auction. Bidding will begin several days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a MAXIMUM BID and the Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments up to your amount. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well (which is similar to a virtual Live Auction). If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a ONE MINUTE extension will be added.
Location/Direction:
11815 Maumelle Blvd, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72113. On the west side of Little Rock on Interstate 430 take the exit just north of the river and turn west/north. Drive 2.3 miles and the entrance will be on the right – just west of Taco Bell and Firehouse Subs on the same side of the road.
Terms of Equipment/Assets:
Applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction. Buyers Premium of 14% will be added to the bid price of each item/all purchases. Invoices will be emailed to the email address used at registration immediately after the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. Included in this email will be the Invoice and Wire Transfer Instructions and Credit Card Payment Link. Payment is expected the day of the auction or the next morning.
Inspection:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Inspection will be the day before the auction from 8-4:30. To inspect early by appointment only contact Billy with Blackmon Auctions at 501-352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com and let’s see if there is availability.
Load Out \ Equipment Removal:
Please remove all purchases the week of the auction if possible. * The loader/forklift will only be there only for a few days. This auction is being conducted on the Pfeiffer/Equipment Resource Management yard, not a Blackmon Auctions Yard. Send auction invoices with your drivers!
