EQUIPMENT LIQUIDATION & REAL ESTATE AUCTION
Jimmy Jones ran a paving and construction company in this part of the world and others for many years. Jimmy passed away recently and the family made the decision to liquidate the company. He was definitely a hands-on owner/operator, valued his equipment, appreciated his employees, and was a friend to those who needed one. We will sell new stuff, old stuff, and everything in between. THE REAL ESTATE WILL BE OFFERED AT THIS AUCTION, TOO!

This address doesn’t always map well. It is located on the west side of Berryville and south of United States Highway 62, just east of Kings River. It is approximately 2.8 miles west of McDonald’s and Walmart.

Inspection
You may inspect items the day before the auction on Monday, May 10; or by contacting Billy Hartnedy at (501) 352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com to schedule an appointment.
Terms
No sales tax will be charged. There will be a 10% buyer’s premium on all items sold. Items must be paid for the day of the auction unless you have made other arrangements in advance with Blackmon Auctions. We accept credit cards, cash, or checks with a letter of credit from your bank.
Loadout
All purchases must be removed the week of the auction — preferably by Saturday, May 15. The yard will be open from 8 AM to 5 PM weekdays and from 8 AM to 10 PM on Saturday. There will be a telescopic forklift onsite to assist in loading items until May 15. There is NO loading dock at this location. Please bring the appropriate trailer to transport your items. Any items that will require additional services will be the responsibility of the buyer. This property is part of an estate, hence the urgency to have everything removed ASAP. If you can’t have everything removed by May 15, contact Billy Hartnedy at (501) 352-4703 or billy@blackmonauctions.com with your plans for removal.
